Profile and Identity Verification
The first step in any account setup is verification. We ask for your name, date of birth, national identity number, and contact details. This information stays encrypted in our database and is never shared with third parties outside the scope of payment processing or legal obligation. Verification typically completes within a few hours once we receive your documents — we process submissions in the order they arrive.
Your identity document (KTP, passport, or equivalent) is required to unlock deposits and withdrawals. We photograph or scan the document, verify it against government registries where possible, and then store the scan in a secure vault separate from your account login credentials. If verification is delayed, our support team — available in English and Bahasa Indonesia — can tell you exactly what we're waiting for and guide you through resubmission.
Payment Methods and Wallet Management
We store payment methods in your Account Settings so you don't re-enter them before every deposit or withdrawal. Once you add a payment method — whether it's your DANA account, e-wallet wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) — it's saved under a nickname you choose. You can mark one as your "primary" method, so it appears first when you go to deposit.
To remove a payment method, simply click the delete button next to it in your settings. Deletion is instant and does not affect past transactions — we keep a record of every deposit and withdrawal for your own reference and for regulatory compliance. If you accidentally delete a method you needed, you can add it again in seconds.

- Funds from mobile banking, local payment, and online payment typically arrive within minutes. Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) usually complete in 1–4 hours depending on the originating bank.
- Withdrawal Limit
- There is no fixed cap on withdrawal amounts. Your account limit is set by your payment provider and your own account status (fully verified accounts have higher thresholds than partially verified ones).
- Transaction Fee
- We charge no fee on deposits. Withdrawals may carry a small processing fee that varies by payment method — your account settings display this fee in advance.
Game Preferences and Notification Settings
Your Account Settings also govern how you interact with live-dealer tables and other games. You can choose which language your dealer speaks — we offer English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and Thai on our main live-dealer studios. You set your preferred table limits (micro, standard, premium) so tables matching your stake preference appear first in the game lobby. This is especially useful when you're switching between Dragon Tiger micro-limit tables and high-roller Sic Bo rounds.
Notifications can be toggled on or off — choose whether to receive alerts when a live table you follow opens a new round, when your withdrawal is processed, or when our Semarang studio launches a new Roulette variant. Email notifications are sent to the address in your account; SMS alerts use the phone number you verified during signup.



Security and Password Management
We store your password in an encrypted format — not in plain text. Only you know your password, and we never recover it; if you forget it, we issue a reset link to your registered email address. The reset link expires after subject to verification for security reasons. We do not process password resets over the phone — this protects your account from social-engineering attempts.
In Account Settings, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or SMS. Once enabled, every time you log in from a new device, you'll receive a one-time code to confirm that it's you. This adds a second layer of security so that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the 2FA code.

Session History and Activity Log
Under Account Settings, you can review your complete login history — the device, IP address, browser, and timestamp of every login. If you see a login from an unfamiliar location or device, you can immediately log out all other sessions. This is your account's activity audit trail, and we keep it for 90 days so you can spot unusual activity.
Your bet history is stored separately and is accessible under the "Game History" section (not in Account Settings). You can filter bets by date range, game type (live-dealer, sportsbook, slots), and outcome. This helps you track your play over time, especially when you're comparing your results across different Piala AFF tournaments or live Baccarat sessions.
