aksara4d Platform Account Terms
You can access aksara4d via Android app (downloaded from our official link), iOS Safari, or any modern web browser. When you create an account, whether from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, you accept the terms we've set out here. These terms explain what we require from you, what you can expect from us, and how we handle disputes or account issues. They apply to live-dealer tables, sportsbook betting, slot games, and all other features on our platform.
We want our players to understand exactly how aksara4d works — your account responsibilities, how we protect your funds, how deposits and withdrawals happen, and what recourse you have if something goes wrong. When you deposit, your balance updates instantly. We do not charge deposit fees — the amount you transfer is the amount that appears in your account. Unclaimed bonuses expire according to the promotion terms and are not carried forward.
We freeze accounts during major holidays if required.
During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, some deposits or withdrawals may be delayed due to payment-provider closures. We notify you of these windows in advance. Your account remains accessible, but settlement times may extend.
Your Betting Responsibility on aksara4d
When you place a wager on aksara4d — whether on Liga 1, Piala AFF, a live Baccarat table, or an esports match — you do so at your own discretion. We provide odds, markets, and game rules, but the decision to wager is yours. You are responsible for understanding the bet you've placed and the risk involved. If you lose a wager, the loss is final. We do not reverse settled bets, refund losses, or offer cash-back on losing wagers.
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly — for example, a roulette wheel result was misrecorded, or a football match settled on the wrong score — you have 30 days to file a dispute. If we find an error on our side, we'll correct it; if we find the settlement was correct, the dispute is closed.
Our Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Policy

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our licensed jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of aksara4d will be resolved according to those laws. We are not subject to the legal system of Indonesia or any other country — our jurisdiction is separate. If you have a legal dispute with us, it may be heard by a court in our licensed jurisdiction only, not in any court in Indonesia or elsewhere.
By using aksara4d, you agree to these terms and to the jurisdiction clause above. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms before creating your account. We will not tolerate attempts to circumvent these terms — if we discover abuse, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any funds in it.
